  • Intensity

  • Latin Dance Cardio

    This class incorporates dance movement to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for dance and exercise. The movement will primarily be cardio intensive but also implement strength movement. We will explore music genres and movement primarily but not limited to Latin America such as merengue, cumbia, bachata, salsa, and samba. Other genres include African dance, dance hall, jazz, contemporary, etc. The bulk of the music will be in Spanish but the class can potentially be taught bilingually (English/Spanish). This class is intended to accommodate to all fitness and dance levels. The level of intensity is up to every individual. Register here

    Express yourself and elevate your heartrate during this experience of dance, martial arts, and healing. We will end with stretching and floorplay to access our unique and individual mind, emotions and spirit. Benefits: Cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, mental acuity, emotional understanding, self-love and acceptance.

  • Healing through Cancer

    Adaptive Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness for Cancer

    Session 1 : October 11th - November 8th Tuesdays 10 AM - 11:30 AM

  • Virtual Yoga

    Yoga consists of a variety of postures to exercise the body and breath as well as the mind.  Each class consists of mindful stretching and ends with a relaxing period, leaving you with a feeling of peacefulness and rejuvenation.  No matter your age or physical abilities, yoga uses what you have to make you healthier in body and spirit.  Beginner and intermediate classes are offered as well as children’s classes. We also offer yoga for people with cancer and other chronic diseases. Learn more about the practice of yoga.

    9:30am-10:30am Mon and Wed Virtual Morning Yoga (English)

    8am Saturdays Virtual Balance Yoga (English): Balance Yoga is great for those up early on a Saturday morning who want to recharge. We will work on yoga asana practice and flow. The practice will be spirited and lively with adaptations for varying ages and experience levels. This class was designed to give individuals and parents a chance to practice yoga on their own or any age family member at their side. Benefits include: Promotes mindfulness, Strengthens mind body connection, Strengths the body, Strengthens family and community bond, Gives parents a chance to relax and unplug with their family at their side in a peaceful welcoming environment.     12pm Thursdays - Restorative Yoga Returning June 30th: A gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Props are often used to enhance or deepen the experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. Register here
