About the instructor: Dori Frankel Steigman

Twenty-three years ago I left my job as a computer programmer to stay at home with both of my sons, now young adults in their 20s.  I found Nia in 2001 and enjoyed being a student for almost ten years until I took the first level of training - the Nia White Belt - in 2010.  Over the past eleven years, I have continued my Nia training with Blue, Green, Brown and Black Belt.  Before I begin teaching at CORE in November of 2021, I will have also received my First Degree Black Belt.
