What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. 

The purpose of a life coach is to work in partnership with an individual to help them reach their fullest potential across all facets of life.

What happens during the session?

  • You can meet via zoom or in-person

  • You can set personal and/or professional goals with your coach. It can be very open and flexible or more guided depending on what you decide with your coach.
