Community Health and Fitness is a wholistic fitness program that invites participants to become attentive to their body. It enhances the relationship of body, mind, emotions and spirit. Participants become conscious of daily movement in their lives and are taught to seek pleasure rather than ignoring pain. Results are increased energy, strength, flexibility and a sense of joy while realizing a decrease in weight, blood pressure, feelings of despair and depression.
