Outreach education brings natural health to the community through community organizations, schools, churches, radio, television, newspapers and community initiated assets. Our outreach specialists teach a variety of easy techniques which people can immediately implement in their lives to improve their health. Even if people never set foot in CORE/El Centro they can experience significant health shifts. Practices include breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, guided imagery, meditation and demonstrations of our services.
