Having a place like CORE/El Centro has made a big difference in my life. I had lots of pain, headaches and depression, and couldn’t afford continued treatments. Then I discovered CORE/El Centro where all can afford healthcare. Massage, acupuncture, herbs and exercise have helped me find pain relief and have had an impact on how I relate with my family. I now have the physical and emotional strength needed to be a vital part of the community. Olga Vara CORE/El Centro’s Yoga and Capoeira classes have helped me to correct my back pain. My body has changed a great deal. I am now able to do movements that I could never do before. I would recommend this to others because it helps to strengthen our body and our mind.
